Disturbed sleep

Disturbed sleep; there might be multiple causes. In my interview to the founder of Perimenopause Hub, Emily Barker, I have tried to talk about various causes of insomnia in a broader context of health and wellbeing, introduced the concept of tiers of imbalances, so that you can try to locate yourself and maybe start seeing what needs to be addressed at a deeper level to restore sleep.

As a medical herbalist, I have various herbs to help you sleep at a symptomatic level, but the true benefit from working with me is to “unpeel the onion” of symptoms, get to the root of your insomnia and restore your wellbeing at a very deep level indeed.
